Objective & Learning Outcomes

The Strategy & Leadership course will enable participants to identify and understand different aspects of company strategy across key value drivers like product market choices, competitive positioning, sales/manufacturing/operations model, financial model, talent management, organisational culture and stakeholder management. The course will examine a few marquee “startups” from the perspective of their strategic choices, and how they were shaped, and in turn helped shape, the ecosystem they operated in.
