Introduction to Business Models

Objective & Learning Outcomes

This course introduces students to the concept of business models and explain in detail the elements that make up a business model. The course studies business models across sectors, as well as digital business models, AI first business models and circular economy business models. Students learn how to develop and design a business model, using the Business Model Canvas framework, and apply their knowledge to a business idea. Lastly, we study how the digital and the Gen AI revolutions impact existing businesses and their business models.
