Objective & Learning Outcomes
Introduce students to various types of IP rights and how they can be utilized for protecting their creations and leverage them for future commercial benefits. The course involves individual assignments and team projects through which students will learn to apply the concepts learned. This involves patent searching and analysis for research and technology management as well as and IP-based case studies.
