Developing a Proof of Concept- Advanced (Lab Course)

Objective & Learning Outcomes
This course is about finding a solution for a real-world problem and get a start-up experience from scratch to pitch. Students will form groups to work on projects based on a theme (sector). student groups are expected to: Identify a problem that users are facing in the given field. Do user study, market study and gain necessary data required to ideas and concepts of the solution. Evaluate the generated concepts and choose the most practical one based on the evaluation matrix. A physical proof of concept model will be developed by the students. The project will involve basic sketching, basic 3d modelling and working on various materials and tools depending on the chosen project.
