Shruti Gupte is the Project Manager for the IDEAS Pre-Incubation program at DSSE. She has an impressive educational background with a Doctorate from the renowned Swiss School of Business Management, a Leadership and Change Management Program from IIM, and an MBA in Finance from the Institute for Future Education Entrepreneurship & Leadership (iFEEL). Dr. Gupte has also completed a 2-year Global Citizen Leadership Program by the Center for Creative Leadership.

With over 11 years of experience in corporates like Future Group, Florance Stock, and Commodity, and in startups, Dr. Gupte has been an Ex Dy CEO and managed through all the phases of a startup's evolution. She has also successfully co-founded her own company called "Finance Sakhi". Dr. Gupte is an empaneled trainer with SEBI, BSE, and NSE, and was one of three candidates selected to represent India in the prestigious Global Leadership Submit at Stellenbosch, South Africa.
