The flagship event of the WIE program is usually held on International Women's Day. In 2022, the theme was "Celebrating Women as Changemakers" with keynotes by Ms Saroja Yeramilli (Founder - Melorra Jewellery), Ms Shivangi Nadkarni (Co-Founder, Arrka Cyber Security), Ms Gayatri Yadav (CMO, Sequioa Capital) and panel discussions with IITB Women Entrepreneurs Suhani Mohan, Surabhi Shrivastava, Rajul Patkar and VC investors Namita Dalmia, Neha Poddar and Divya Sampath
