A lazy Sunday afternoon , 11th Feb 2024, was ignited by Mr Chitresh Sinha (Founder of The Plated Project, https://www.theplatedproject.com/) who dazzled IITB students with a delightfully nuanced yet practical delineation of innovation and entrepreneurship. His unique entrepreneurial approach had art and culture as a firm base, with design thinking approach as the next layer promising scalability, and an integrated business model promising profits to further social causes as the cheery on top !  

Mr Sinha recently pitched The Plated Project on Shark Tank India and secured funding on the popular platform (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcWP5Nvr-AM). His ability to engage an audience on a meaningful topic was on full display as he worked the width of the board to draw his version of business model while getting the students to think aloud about what was to come next.
